April at WedVis
The Hub becomes the home screen, image comments arrive, and pro packages get a proper authoring flow.
April was the month a lot of pieces snapped together. Comments became a real conversation surface. Pros got a proper packages flow. And the Hub started doing what a home screen should do — answer "what am I working on?" the second you open the app.
The Hub
A single home screen for both pros and couples that surfaces your active workspaces, your next milestones, and the assistant. It answers the simplest question you have when you open WedVis — what am I working on today? — and replaces the older dashboard that was getting noisy as the product grew. Sparkle badges across the tabs mark where the new AI-powered features live.
Image comments and activity
You can now leave a comment on any specific generated image, with version history per image. Couples and pros can see who said what on which version of which moodboard, with an activity feed that ties it all together. Mobile commenting got a separate polish pass — large tap targets, smart keyboard handling, no more accidental scrolls.
Pro packages and proposals
Wedding pros got a full proposal authoring flow this month — CRUD for packages, AI-assisted package descriptions, a "My Business" profile tab that the Pro EA reads as context for every proposal it helps you draft. The Pro EA itself launched in earnest in April: a real conversational assistant for pros, with tools for image selection, AI tagging, mood-board layout, folder organization, and multi-workspace context.
Mobile
A broader polish pass: touch feedback, safe-area padding, tighter mobile typography. Plus a role-based bottom navigation — couples see Boards, pros see Proposals, both see Activity. The "More" sheet on phones now actually surfaces pro tools instead of hiding them.
Small but mighty
- Pinterest reliability — files now download to storage with proper referers, broken connections surface a clear error
- Activation copilot for pros — daily smart alerts and a weekly digest that nudges you toward your next proposal
- Onboarding — clearer step-1 navigation, real progress framing, and an auto-generated first vision when a pro finishes the tour
- Workspace UX — status badges, Cmd+K switcher, coordination auto-fill, and a "My Studio" rename for the personal library
