WedVis

For wedding venues

Let couples see their wedding in your space before they book

An empty room is a hard sell. WedVis turns a photo of your space into a photoreal preview of a couple’s wedding day, in seconds, so the tour and the inquiry close themselves.

14-day free trial on paid plans. Start free, no card needed.

They’re booking a feeling, standing in an empty room

You know how the bare ballroom becomes their reception. The couple on the tour is staring at folded chairs and a blank floor, trying to imagine it. Show them instead. The venue that can picture the day on the spot is the one that gets the deposit.

Where WedVis earns its place

A few things, done well, right where you win the booking.

Close on the tour

A couple walks your empty ballroom and tries to imagine their day. Show it to them instead. Render your space dressed for their wedding while you're standing in it.

Turn an empty room into the sell

Your space photographs bare between events. WedVis fills it with their florals, their lighting, their tables, so the inquiry sees the wedding, not the carpet.

Answer inquiries with a picture

When a lead asks "could we do a fall garden look here?", reply with the render instead of a paragraph. It is the fastest way to move an inquiry to a booked tour.

Give booked couples a thrill

After they sign, let them see their date in your space a dozen ways. It keeps them excited and selling your venue to their friends.

How it fits with the tools you already use

WedVis isn’t your whole stack. Here’s the honest version of where it sits.

vs Prismm, Social Tables, Allseated, Cvent
To-scale floor plans, seating charts, and 3D diagramming for events.
Those are for exact layouts and capacity planning, usually off a scan or a measured diagram. WedVis is for the photoreal look of your space dressed for a wedding, fast, with no scan. If you need a survey-accurate diagram, use them. To sell the feeling on a tour, use WedVis.
vs Perfect Venue, Tripleseat, Event Temple
Venue sales CRM, inquiries, BEOs, and booking management.
Those run your sales pipeline and event ops. WedVis doesn't replace them. It's the visual you drop into an inquiry reply or pull up on a tour to help the couple say yes.
vs The Knot, Zola, WeddingWire
Listings and directories that bring you leads.
They send you inquiries. WedVis helps you convert those inquiries by showing the couple their wedding in your space.

What WedVis isn’t (we’ll be straight with you)

It’s not a to-scale floor-plan or diagramming tool, and it’s not your venue CRM or BEO system. It’s the fast, photoreal way to show a couple their wedding in your space and win the tour. That’s the part we do better than anyone.

Three steps, about a minute

1

Upload a photo of your space

A standard listing shot of the ballroom, the garden, or the barn. Empty is fine, that is the point.

2

Dress it for their wedding

Describe the look ('string lights, long tables, white and greenery, candlelight') and render your space styled for it in seconds.

3

Send or show it

Reply to the inquiry, show it on the tour, or invite the couple into a workspace to picture more options.

Questions venues ask

Is this a floor-plan or diagramming tool?

No. For to-scale floor plans and seating, use Prismm or Social Tables. WedVis is the photoreal visual: your space dressed for a couple's wedding, made fast to win the tour and the inquiry. Plenty of venues use both.

Does it replace our venue CRM or BEO system?

No. Keep Perfect Venue or Tripleseat for inquiries, BEOs, and booking. WedVis is the picture you send with the inquiry reply, not the system that tracks it.

Do I need a 3D scan or special equipment?

No. Upload a normal photo of your space, even an empty one, and WedVis styles it for a wedding. No scan, no setup.

Can I show different looks for the same room?

Yes, and that is the point. Render your ballroom as a candlelit winter wedding, a bright garden party, or a black-tie evening, so a couple can see their version in your space.

What does it cost to try?

Pro starts at $49 and Studio at $149, both with a 14-day free trial. You can also start free and generate a few visions with no card.

Fill the empty room. Book the date.

Try it on your next inquiry. Upload a photo of your space and send the couple their wedding in it.
